Outline of SWOTtmv
The acronym SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat, this adds t for trends m for mission and v for vision. The mission and vision developed from this analysis is dependent on you. Note that the SWOT uses common business correlation to show you the correlation using the slide bars on the bottom of each quadrant you can document what your gut, heart, and smarts are tell in you to focus on.
The slide bars are utilized as a gut check. There is natural a strong correlation between a strength and an opportunity, as well as a correlation with a weakness and a threat. A strong coronation goes up and to the right. Threats can generate opportunities if you let them. The trick is to recognize and mitigate the treat. Use one word or phrase to describe each of the quadrants and the memo/note pad to document how you can account for the quadrant in your implementation of a plan.
